J. Grant Lincoln

IMG_2119Mr. Lincoln is the former Chairman and majority shareholder of Century Gaming, Inc., which is one of the largest route operators of video gaming terminals in the United States.  Mr. Lincoln is responsible for the successful track record of acquisitions completed by Century, and oversaw its growth from 400 video lottery gaming machines in 1996 to over 10,000 games today.  Century serviced over 900 individual locations with revenue in excess of $250 million.  Its operations are widely respected and have been responsible for many industry leading innovations in route management software, regulatory reporting, and player tracking initiatives.   Mr. Lincoln has been involved with gaming since its legalization in Montana over 20 years ago and has a track record of successful acquisitions and operations within all aspects of the industry.

Century’s largest acquisition to date was the purchase of Alliance Gaming Inc.’s Nevada route operations in 2004 with a transaction value in excess of $100 million.  This represented a significant expansion in terms of games, financial scope, and operational requirements as United Coin Machine Company became a wholly owned subsidiary of Century.  He also directed the acquisition of and is the controlling shareholder in Badlini’s Casino in Sparks, NV.  He has successfully closed over $190 million in acquisitions in the gaming space in the last 5 years.

Mr. Lincoln is also a successful property developer who is involved in numerous projects. He developed a successful golf course and 100 plus unit subdivision in his former home town.  He was also involved in several aspects of the roll out in the Illinois VLT market,  has done numerous retail developments in Montana,  and is an owner of numerous properties and retail stores.


Eric Dale

edale headshotpMr. Dale has been actively involved in all aspects of gaming properties for the last 25 years. He spent 13 years with the Mandalay Resort Group in which he held supervisory positions in the pit, and was the Director of both the Surveillance department, and Slot department during this time. He was the Slot Operations Director for Gold Strike Casino with over 1400 slots and daily net gaming revenue in excess of $250K as well as for The Grand Victoria Casino with over 1000 slots and $800K in daily net gaming revenue.

He spent 4 years as Assistant GM and Director of Casino Operations for Monarch Gaming at the Atlantis Casino Resort and Spa in Reno where he oversaw 1500 slots, 40 table games, 9 poker tables, and a Race and Sports book, Two years at John Asgauga’s Nugget Casino where he was VP of Gaming Operations and responsible for 1,000 slots 27 Tables, Poker, Bingo and Keno, as well as 4 years as General Manager of Baldini’s Casino where he oversaw 500 plus slots and a food and beverage department with 2 bars and 3 full service restaurants. He has completed both new openings and expansions of current operations with extensive coordination with general contractors and subcontractors on all projects.

Mr. Dale also has an extensive background in F&B having served as a Manager for Hyatt Hotels and he also managed catering operations for two private country clubs. He has worked in all areas of the F&B department including banquet management. Mr. Dale has been a consultant for all areas of the Casino business, creating and evaluating plans from game mixes, food costing, ADR strategies, player reinvestment strategies, freeplay issuance costing and across the board property marketing plans.
